This grinder is perfect for dry herbs, spices, coffee beans, and similar dry ingredients. It is not suitable for wet or oily materials.
Is it safe for grinding coffee beans daily?
Yes, the stainless-steel blades and high-speed motor make it ideal for regular coffee grinding.
How fine does it grind?
Grinding time controls the fineness — a short pulse for coarse grind, longer grinding for fine powder.
How do I clean it?
Always unplug before cleaning. Use a small brush or cloth to wipe out residue. Do not submerge the motor base in water.
Is it portable?
Yes, it’s compact and lightweight, making it easy to store or carry.
Do I get a warranty on the product?
At the moment, we do not offer a formal warranty. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video proof.

What if my product arrives damaged or has missing items?
Please record an unboxing video and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
We generally do not accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if you still wish to return the product:
- You must request the return within 48 hours of delivery.
- All return shipping charges, taxes, and associated costs are the customer's responsibility.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
