How do I control the robot?
This model operates in automatic random mode and doesn’t require manual control or a remote. Just turn it on, and it will start cleaning.
How long does it take to charge, and how long does it run?
Charging takes around 3–4 hours, and it can run for approximately 90 minutes, depending on the surface and cleaning mode.

How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, and delivery typically takes 15–30 days, depending on your location.
What if my product arrives damaged or has missing items?
Please record an unboxing video and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
We generally do not accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if you still wish to return the product:
- You must request the return within 48 hours of delivery.
- All return shipping charges, taxes, and associated costs are the customer's responsibility.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
